After several months of collective effort and commitment, France Télévisions has been awarded the Responsible Digital Level 1 certification by Agence LUCIE, a pioneer in CSR in France.
France Télévisions is launching Projector, a unique acceleration program that puts startups at the heart of its operations. The goal: to collaboratively invent the future of public broadcasting by combining innovation, sustainability, and performance.
On January 23rd, France Télévisions organized a day dedicated to eco-responsibility. During this event, six startups presented their promising solutions, all sharing a common theme: sustainability.
France Télévisions, Radio France, France Médias Monde, and TV5 Monde have chosen to partner with Thésée Datacenter, a leading French provider of secure data hosting, to accelerate their transition to cloud solutions designed to optimize resources. This strategic partnership strengthens the public audiovisual sector’s synergies while underscoring its commitment to more sustainable digital practices, supported by Thésée’s innovations in ecological transition.
Equipped with 5G and Starlink technologies, the ‘Vélos Eco-Direct’ will make it easier for mobile video news teams to get around Paris in eco-responsible vehicles, while maintaining the quality standards required for their missions.
