What is TEMS?
TEMS is a consortium of 42 organizations from 12 countries, with a budget of 16.5 million euros over three years. It was inaugurated on October 24 and 25, 2023 in Bilbao.
It is supported by the European Commission's Digital Europe Program (DIGITAL EUROPE), which is co-financing the project to the tune of 8 million euros.

The participation of France Télévisions
France Télévisions is a member of the TEMS strategic committee, alongside other media players (EBU, AFP, Procirep, APA, DPA, VRT and Sound), whose mission is to set strategic directions.
The company is also involved in specifying the infrastructure, defining the governance of the structure that will operate the data space, and communication.
France Télévisions is coordinating the development and deployment of TAMIS, one of TEMS' pilot projects, which aims to enhance the value of data linked to the audiovisual environment (Access the document TAMIS in TEMS - Setting up the basis for an Audiovisual data hub)).
