A few months ago, when we closed the first season of Hacktion, our pilot intrapreneurial device, we promised to come back very soon. Well it's done! We are back with two pieces of information to share:

The first is our podcast. Thirty minutes to give us a sincere account of our pilot season: our successes, our pride, our difficulties, our moments of doubt, our questions, our memorable moments, the beautiful surprises, the impact of the system.

Season 2: The Idea Accelerator

The second is the launch of our season 2!

In partnership with Radio France and RTBF, we are continuing our dynamic of participative innovation through a common device: the Idea Accelerator, offered to all employees of the three structures, simultaneously.

What are our objectives? To extend what we have initiated over the last few months at France Télévisions: to release energies and creativity, encourage and facilitate initiative, autonomy, "trial and error" logic, encourage internal problem-solving, make the company more agile and promote cross-functionality between teams; to instill a culture of innovation in short.

This year's theme for France Télévisions: responsible innovation, or how to propose ideas with a strong and positive social and/or environmental impact. Promising, useful, innovative ideas with high added value for the company. A theme that is more broadly part of an ambitious program for France Télévisions aimed at strengthening our action in the area of sustainable development.

Si les thématiques* varient pour nos trois entreprises, le socle est clairement partagé : des ambitions communes, un dispositif et une organisation similaires. L’occasion de tirer le meilleure de nos expériences,  de renforcer les synergies et les alliances, de mutualiser nos forces.

Premiers retours mi-novembre à l’occasion de la révélation des équipes finalistes.
