• You grant France Télévisions a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license, valid for the duration of the copyright term, to reproduce, display, and adapt the Content.
• You represent and warrant that you hold the necessary rights to authorize France Télévisions to use the Content on all of its broadcast platforms.
• You represent and warrant that the Content is authentic, accurate, and has not been manipulated.

Terms and Conditions for France Télévisions’ Authorization to Broadcast Free of Charge

France Télévisions wishes to use, on a non-exclusive and royalty-free basis, the Content you have created. By authorizing France Télévisions to use the Content as described in its message, you agree to the following terms :

• You authorize France Télévisions to reproduce, display, adapt, and archive all or part of the Content by any means known or unknown to date for the purpose of its use, both linear and non-linear, across all services published and operated by France Télévisions, including on France Télévisions’ broadcast channels and public accounts on social media and collaborative platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.), worldwide and for the duration of copyright protection, as well as on all broadcast platforms of France 24, TV5 Monde, and EBU members.
• You represent and warrant that you are the sole owner of the rights to exploit the Content, or, if not, that you have obtained authorization from the person(s) who may claim to have a share of responsibility in the creation of the Content to grant this authorization, or from the person(s) who may consider themselves to have any rights to assert in connection with its broadcast by France Télévisions under this authorization.
• You represent and warrant that the Content is authentic, accurate, and has not been altered.
