Authorization to use, free of charge, granted to France Télévisions

France Télévisions intends to use the Content as described in its message.
Thereby, you grant France Télévisions the free non-exclusive rights to reproduce, represent and adapt the Content, throughout the world and for the legal duration of copyright protection.

• You declare and guarantee that you hold the necessary rights to authorize France Télévisions to use the Content.

• You declare and guarantee that the Content is authentic, accurate and has not been manipulated.

Terms of the authorization to use, free of charge, granted to France Télévisions

France Télévisions is a State-owned media company. Its news department (France 2, France 3, Franceinfo, La Première etc.) provides and covers news events happening in France and around the world. France Télévisions intends to use, free of charge, the Content of which you are the author.

By authorizing France Télévisions to use the Content as described in its message, you accept the following terms:

• You grant France Télévisions the rights to adapt, reproduce, archive, store, to allow viewing by third parties, broadcast and/or publish all or parts of the Content, by any means known and unknown to date, with a view to its distribution and exploitation, on both linear and non-linear (i.e. on demand) services published and operated by France Télévisions around the world, and in particular on the accounts opened by France Télévisions on social networks and collaborative platforms (Facebook Twitter, Instagram and Youtube etc.); as well as on all media of France 24 and TV5 monde, and this for the legal duration of copyright protection.

• You also authorize the UER, with which France Télévisions has agreements, to make the Content available to its members.

• In the event that the Content is a copyright protected work within the meaning of the French Intellectual Property Code, you grant France Télévisions, free of charges, all rights necessary for its reproduction, representation and adaptation under the terms of the permission to use as described above.

• You declare and guarantee that you are the sole holder of the Content’s exploitation rights.

If you are not the sole holder, you declare and guarantee that you have obtained the authorization of the person(s) who may consider having any rights whatsoever to put forward on all or part of the Content or its exploitation by France Télévisions.

You agree and covenant to not disturb, by any means whatsoever, the use of the Content by France Télévisions and guarantee France Télévisions the peaceful exercise of the granted rights.

• You declare and guarantee that the Content is authentic, accurate and has not been manipulated.

• You confirm that this authorization is free of charge and is not in exchange for any form of payment to any person whatsoever.

France Télévisions undertakes to take the necessary steps to ensure that either your full name or username is mentioned near the Content, in accordance with the applicable practices and according to your wishes.
