La chaîne publique TV Brasil rejoint l’alliance internationale Global Doc.
À l’occasion de l’année France - Brésil et dans le cadre d’un nouveau partenariat entre France Télévisions et TV Brasil, un nouvel appel à projets international est lancé lors du Sunny Side of the Docs 2025.
Les producteurs français et brésiliens sont invités à soumettre des projets ambitieux autour de la réconciliation entre les humains et la nature.
Ces propositions doivent intégrer une coopération entre un producteur français et un producteur brésilien dès la conception du projet.
Ce qui est attendu :
• Un projet original qui porte l’ambition d’un prime time
• Un ou des personnages forts (pas de portrait)
• Une approche cinématographique et spectaculaire
• Une histoire universelle pour une audience internationale
• Un récit engageant et porteur d’émotions
• Une version 52 minutes
Pièces à fournir (en langue anglaise) :
• Un traitement de 10-15 pages avec une structure précise du film
• Un traitement visuel détaillé
• Une présentation des experts ou des intervenants
• Une présentation des lieux de tournages
• Une présentation de l’équipe de réalisation et de production
• Un budget détaillé et un planning de production
Date limite de réception des projets : 15 novembre 2025
Un jury composé de représentants de France Télévisions et TV Brasil présélectionnera les cinq meilleurs projets.
Ces projets seront pitchés au LatAm Rio en mars 2026 où le gagnant sera annoncé.

Public broadcaster TV Brasil is joining the Global Doc international alliance.
This year, France and Brazil are celebrating their long-standing friendship.
On this occasion, France Télévisions and TV Brasil, the two public service broadcasters, are launching a new call for documentary proposals at Sunny Side of the Docs 2025.
French and Brazilian producers are invited to submit proposals for high-quality documentary films, dealing with nurturing and restoring the relationship between Humans and Nature.
Proposals must involve cooperation between a Brazilian and a French producer from the very start of the project.
What is expected:
• An ambitious project designed for prime time
• One or several strong characters (not a portrait)
• A cinematographic and spectacular visual approach
• A universal story which will engage a wide audience
• Emotional and involving storytelling
• A 52-minute version
Required information:
• A 10-to-15-page treatment setting out clearly how the film will unfold on-screen
• An outline of the structure and description of the visual treatment
• Shooting locations
• CVs of key members of the production team
• Complete budget breakdown and Production Schedule
The deadline for submission is November 25th 2025
A jury composed of representatives from France Télévisions and TV Brasil will select the five best projects.
These projects will be pitched during the LatAm Rio in March 2026 where the winner will be announced.
